HEAT(FIRE) AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS.

Though too much of heat causes health problems and irritate the skin. Health problems like heat stroke, burning sensations in the body are most times caused as a result of toouch of heat in your home or work place.

As much as too much of heat is not good for your health but heat in general is good for you when you get it moderately not too much. In the past few weeks, we looked at how water, air and earth can benefit our health, heat can also do the same to improve our health.

They should be a balance when using water, air, earth and health to treat yourself, when you body is too cold you will need se ammount of heat, and vis versa.
When you are suffering from cold or catarrh, you will need heat to warm you up and to melt the mucus to help you breathe properly.

When any part of your body is cold inside, dipping yourself in hot water or inhaling hot steam can remove the coldness.
And there are many other ways you can use heat in healing yourself and I will cover that in my next posts. Stay tuned.
