HEALTHY MINDSET EATING HACKS.
Add salads to your foods especially rice, pasta and noodles. If you do that regularly, it will become an habit.
If you always have it in mind that you will fall sick when you don’t eat healthy, that will push you to start eating healthy.
Can’t eat Vegetables? Adopt a mindset that vegetables will make you live longer, you will see yourself start eating it.
When you always put fruits in the fridge or in front of your desk, you will always want to eat it. So start doing that.
Drink at least half cup of water every 30 minutes, and before the day ends you would have drank enough.
Want to start cooking healthy? Add more fresh tomato and pepper than sachet tomato. Instead of sachet spices use ginger, garlic, scent leaves, cinnamon etc.
Feel like using sugar all the time? Think of diabetes type 2 and obesity, you will change your mind and start using less sugar.
Want to stop taking soft drinks and alcohol, then make fruit smoothies, fruit juice and herbal drink at home. Anytime you feel the urge to take soft drinks, just go to your fridge or wherever you kept the smoothies and juices, and drink them instead. Do that always.
